Add the “All Occupants” !
If you are filling out evictions forms, whatever they may be, make sure to add “and All Occupants” where you type in the main renters name. Why do this? If the renter has moved someone in during the time that they have been there AND you don’t add “and All Occupants” to the eviction forms, then you will only be able to evict the named person on the eviction forms. Everyone else living in the unit will get to stay and then you’ll need to fill out eviction forms for them!
Avoid this and add in “and All Occupants” when you do your eviction paperwork. You’ll evict everyone one living in the unit with one eviction case.
